Social Media Manager
The impact you will make:
- Managing Instagram and discord account
- Handling product inquiries
- Providing support for the signup, the setup process
- Streamer outreach - contacting streamers on the client list and inviting them to campaigns
- Monitoring the performance & metrics of SMM campaigns
- Reporting the performance and suggesting new strategies to improve Social media presence
Expected skillsets:
- Knowledge of the gaming/ content creators industry
- Streaming experience- being acquainted with the services, knowledge of OBS
- Excellent communication skills and proactive approach
- Ability to review and analyze data (maintaining excel documentation)
- Knowledge of posting content on social media by following a monthly content calendar.
- Communicating with the design team to get the creatives designed.
- Familiar with Instagram tools, analytics, Facebook business suite, and discord.
